In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Bremen Braves volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hillcrest Hawks.

The Braves (4-21) will now prepare for their test against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS go into the South Suburban test with a 17-9 record. In their last test, Lemont beat Reavis (Burbank, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a South Suburban challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Meteors come into the challenge with a 13-16 record after their 2-0 league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL).
