In Wednesday's league match, the St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes (Woodstock, IL), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Green Wave confront the Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 6. St. Edward will attempt to move on its 6-18 season record. The enter the match with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Willows Academy (Des Plaines, IL).
