October 10, 2024: Saluda, VA 23149 The Middlesex Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers to 0 in the Chargers league triumph on Thursday.
The Chargers now have a 18-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mathews for a Tidewater outing on Tuesday, October 15. Middlesex will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Point (West Point, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-10.
With the loss, King & Queen Central drops to 7-10 on the campaign. The Royal tigers host King William (King William, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a Tidewater outing on Tuesday, October 15. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 10-5. King William won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Mathews (Mathews, VA)
