October 10, 2024: Daleville, VA 24083 The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Staunton River Golden Eagles to 0 in the Cavaliers league triumph on Thursday.
The Cavaliers now have a 14-0 record. They play next when they travel to William Byrd for a Blue Ridge outing on Tuesday, October 15. Lord Botetourt will play a Terriers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Fleming (Roanoke, VA). The Terriers record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Staunton River drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA) to play the Eagles in a Blue Ridge outing on Monday, October 14. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 8-9. Franklin County won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Northside (Roanoke, VA)
