The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA) and the host Central Dauphin Rams (Harrisburg, PA), witnessed Bishop McDevitt's football squad knock off Central Dauphin by a final score of 48-21.

With the win, Bishop McDevitt advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Central Dauphin East (Harrisburg, PA) to encounter the Panthers in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout on Friday, October 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Central Dauphin East lost 39-14 in their recent league bout against State College (State College, PA)

The Rams now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Harrisburg for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest on Saturday, October 18. Central Dauphin will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 21-16 league win over Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-0.
