The St. Michael's Warriors football team (Austin, TX), dropped 31-23 in Friday's league bout with the visiting St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX)

With the win, St. Pius X advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Central Catholic (San Antonio, TX) to encounter the Buttons in a TAPPS Division I District 2 battle on Friday, October 31. The Buttons go into the battle with a record of 2-4.

The Warriors now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central Catholic for a TAPPS Division I District 2 match on Friday, October 17. St. Michael's will confront a Buttons squad coming off a 38-21 league loss to Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX). The Buttons record now stands at 2-4.
