October 10, 2025: El Cajon, CA 92019 Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA), 35-21 in a league battle.
With the win, Mount Miguel improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Matadors host Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Friday, October 17. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 6-1. Steele Canyon lost 21-17 in their recent league match against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA)
