Essex Trojans (Tappahannock, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA) in a Northern Neck match, on Thursday, October 12. Essex will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Drifters come into the match with a 5-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA).
