The St. Paul Swordsmen football squad scored 29 points and limited the host St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors to 20 in the Swordsmen league triumph on Friday.

The Swordsmen now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Alemany for a Angelus test on Friday, October 18. St. Paul will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 37-13 league loss to St. Francis (La Canada, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Warriors host Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Phantoms in a Angelus test on Friday, October 18.
