California High School Football - Paraclete can't hold off St. Paul
October 25, 2024: Lancaster, CA 93536 St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Paraclete Spirits (Lancaster, CA), 31-28 in a league battle.
With the win, St. Paul advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Swordsmen host Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Phantoms in a Angelus battle on Friday, November 1. The Phantoms go into the battle with a record of 8-1. Cathedral won 21-14 in their recent league battle against St. Francis (La Canada, CA)
The Spirits now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Bishop Alemany for a Angelus battle on Friday, November 1. Paraclete will play a Warriors team coming off a 34-14 league loss to St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-4.
