The First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders edged the host Catawba Ridge Copperheads volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Spartanburg Christian Academy Warriors (Spartanburg, SC) in a outing, on Monday, October 13. First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest will attempt to better on its 33-6 season record.

With the loss, Catawba Ridge drops to 20-12 on the campaign. The Copperheads travel to Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC) to play the Bearcats in a AAAAA Region 3 outing on Tuesday, October 14.
