Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) and the visiting Roncalli Cavaliers (Aberdeen, SD), observed Northwestern Area's volleyball team hold off Roncalli by a count of 2-1.

The Wildcats (28-2) will now prepare for their contest against Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Wolverines go into the non-league battle with a 15-4 record. In their last battle, Herreid/Selby tipped North Central (Eureka, SD), 3-0, in a league battle.
