In Saturday's non-league match, the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Herreid/Selby Wolverines (Herreid, SD), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 13. Northwestern Area will attempt to move on its 26-2 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD).
