The Dowling Catholic Maroons football squad scored 35 points and restricted the host Valley Tigers to 3 in the Maroons non-league victory on Friday.

The Maroons now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waukee for a 5A Group 2 battle on Friday, October 21. Dowling Catholic will play a Warriors squad coming off a 30-7 non-league win over Urbandale (Urbandale, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.
