The Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) football edged the visiting Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA), 13-10 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) in a Heritage bout, on Friday, October 21. Homer-Center will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Red Dragons enter the bout with a 3-5 record after their 20-19 league loss to Blacklick Valley/United (Nanty Glo, PA).

The Stingers (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Comets enter the Heritage bout with a 8-0 record. In their last bout, Penns Manor nudged Cambria Heights (Patton, PA), 42-33, in a league bout.
