October 14, 2023: Heppner, OR 97836 The Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR) volleyball beat the host Heppner Mustangs (Heppner, OR), 3-1 in Saturday's league match.
Next up, the Prospectors clash with the Enterprise Outlaws (Enterprise, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain match, on Saturday, October 14. Grant Union will attempt to advance on its 21-7 season record. The Outlaws come into the match with a 2-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Weston-McEwen (Athena, OR).
With the loss, Heppner drops to 18-8 on the campaign.
