South Dakota High School Volleyball - Vermillion tips Tri-Valley

October 14, 2023: Colton, SD 57018

Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Tanagers clash with the West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 14. Vermillion will attempt to advance on its 5-18 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 2-17 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD).

With the loss, Tri-Valley drops to 6-15 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Lennox (Lennox, SD) to clash with the Orioles in a non-league match on Monday, October 16. The Orioles come into the match with a record of 13-8. Lennox won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Madison (Madison, SD)
