October 14, 2024: Cascade, IA 52033 Anamosa Raiders (Anamosa, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Cascade Cougars (Cascade, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Anamosa improves its record to 28-6 on the season. The Raiders travel to Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA) to face the Cardinals in a test on Monday, October 14. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 8-17. Maquoketa won 2-0 in their recent league test against Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA)
The Cougars now own a 15-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilton for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. Cascade will face a Beavers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Regina (Iowa City, IA). The Beavers record now stands at 28-6.
