High School Volleyball - Pensacola Area Homeschool tips JV Opponent
October 14, 2025: , The Pensacola Area Homeschool Phoenix volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host JV Opponent to 2 in the Phoenix non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Phoenix now have a 9-19 record.
With the loss, JV Opponent drops to 124-304 on the campaign. The travel to Western (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Warriors in a game on Tuesday, October 14. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 2-2.
Match Summary
The starting Phoenix JV'ers took some time to lift off into the air and ended up dropping the 1st set by a feather margin. Then, eager to get their turn on the court, the younger players took over with energy and enthusiasm in the 2nd set and trounced the Falcons' JV squad! The match turned into a back and forth affair, with our starters coming back in and winning the 3rd set, our younger players dropping the 4th, and then our girls managing to pull off their third straight JV victory to close out their season! Once again, the key to victory was a strong serve receive performance along with a sky-high serving performance! We also managed to pull off 13 kills, divided among 5 different players. It was fun to watch, as our girls made play after play, holding long rallies, covering each other, and attacking at the net!
