October 15, 2022: Nitro, WV 25143 In Saturday's league contest, the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) volleyball squad nudged the host Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Big Blacks face the Tyler Knights (Sistersville, WV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 18. Point Pleasant will attempt to better on its 9-27 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 15-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Wirt County (Elizabeth, WV).
With the loss, Nitro moves to 9-23 on the year. The Wildcats host Logan (Logan, WV) to face the Wildcats in a Cardinal contest on Monday, October 17. The Wildcats go into the contest with a record of 2-11.
