October 15, 2024: Gallup, NM 87301 Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM), 6-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Miyamura moves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM) to clash with the Broncos in a 4A District 1 test on Thursday, October 17. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 10-5. Kirtland Central won 1-0 in their recent league test against Shiprock (Shiprock, NM)
The Bengals now sport a 2-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomfield for a 4A District 1 test on Thursday, October 17. Gallup will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 0-0 league Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-3.
