The Monticello Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Charlottesville Black Knights to 1 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they host Fluvanna County for a Jefferson match on Tuesday, October 21. Monticello will confront a Flying Flucos squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Orange County (Orange, VA). The Flying Flucos record now stands at 18-3.
