The Wilmington Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Reed-Custer Comets to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 23-3 record. They play next when they travel to Prairie Central for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 18. Wilmington will play a Hawks team coming off a 2-1 league loss to St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 14-13.
