South Dakota High School Volleyball - McIntosh over Wakpala
October 17, 2022: Wakpala, SD 57658 McIntosh Tigers (McIntosh, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Wakpala Sioux (Wakpala, SD), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the North Central Thunder (Eureka, SD) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 18. McIntosh will attempt to advance on its 10-17 season record. The Thunder come into the match with a 4-14 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Warner (Warner, SD).
With the loss, Wakpala drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Sioux travel to Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD) to clash with the Thunderhawks in a B Region 8 match on Wednesday, October 19. The Thunderhawks come into the match with a record of 2-13. Tiospaye Topa lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Bison (Bison, SD)
