South Dakota High School Volleyball - Wakpala crushed by McLaughlin
August 26, 2022: McLaughlin, SD 57642 The McLaughlin Mustangs topped the visiting Wakpala Sioux volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dupree for a A Region 6 game on Tuesday, August 30. McLaughlin will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Philip (Philip, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
The Sioux (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] defeated North Central (Eureka, SD), 3-0, in a league game.
