Illinois High School Volleyball - Streator can't get by Lisle
October 17, 2024: Streator, IL 61364 Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Lisle advances its record to 19-11 on the season. The Lions host Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL) to face the Comets in a test on Tuesday, October 22. The Comets go into the test with a record of 2-3. Reed-Custer lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Streator (Streator, IL)
The Bulldogs now sport a 19-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Peoria for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Streator will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Washington (Washington, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
