New York High School Football - Lake Shore loses to Starpoint
October 17, 2025: Angola, NY 14006 Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY), 29-20 in a non-league battle.
With the triumph, Starpoint upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Niagara-Wheatfield (Sanborn, NY) to confront the Falcons in a non-league match on Thursday, October 23. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 2-5. Niagara-Wheatfield won 27-20 in their recent league match against Kenmore West (Buffalo, NY)
Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Pioneer Panthers (Yorkshire, NY) in a Section 6 B - 2 battle, on Friday, October 24. Lake Shore will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 28-6 league win over South Park (Buffalo, NY).
