The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA) and the host Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA), witnessed Red Land's football squad knock off Palmyra by a tally of 22-13.

The Patriots (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Huskies enter the Mid-Penn - Keystone contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Mifflin County beat Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA), 34-21, in a league bout.

The Cougars now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northern York for a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout on Friday, October 24. Palmyra will encounter a Polar Bears team coming off a 28-7 league loss to Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 0-9.
