The Wimberley Texans topped the visiting Fredericksburg Billies volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Texans confront the Bandera BULLDOGS (Bandera, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 26 game, on Tuesday, October 21. Wimberley will attempt to advance on its 39-5 season record. The BULLDOGS go into the game with a 13-28 record after their 3-1 league loss to Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX).

The Billies (17-18) will now prepare for their game against Long Creek (New Braunfels, TX). The Dragons go into the 4A Region IV District 26 game with a 8-23 record. In their last game, Long Creek went down by Davenport (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
