The Gryphons now sport a 25-5 record. They play next when they host Jeff Davis for a non-league match on Wednesday, October 18. Academy for Classical Education will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald, GA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 24-3.
With the loss, Pierce County moves to 11-13 on the season.
