The Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD) football were winner over the visiting Fairmont Heights Hornets (Capitol Heights, MD), 23-12 in Saturday's league outing.

The Falcons now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gwynn Park for a Prince George's County 2A/1A outing on Saturday, October 26. Central will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 48-0 league win over Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Fairmont Heights drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Hornets host Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD) to clash with the Wolverines in a Prince George's County 2A/1A outing on Friday, October 25.
