The Pleasant Valley Vikings volleyball squad (Chico, CA), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the host Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA)

With the win, Shasta improves its record to 15-8 on the season. The Wolves travel to Enterprise (Redding, CA) to encounter the Hornets in a Eastern battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Hornets go into the battle with a record of 5-11.

The Vikings now own a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chico for a Eastern contest on Tuesday, October 7. Pleasant Valley will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 13-12.
