In Thursday's league battle, the visiting South Mountain Jaguars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Central Bobcats.

The Jaguars (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Chargers come into the 5A - Metro battle with a 26-9 record. In their last battle, McClintock achieved victory over Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a league battle.
