In the first half with 13 minutes to go, the Squires Michael Carter #10 senior sent the ball over to Nolan Kruse #9 senior (assist) who gave it to John Keeley #1 sophomore at the line who put it in for the first goal. Just two minutes later, JP Groves #4 senior threw it in and it bounced off John Keeley's chest to Michael Carter who scored the Squires second goal. Squires led at half 2-0. Just a minute left in the game, Kruse sent the ball over to the middle and Michael Carter #10 scored the third goal. With seconds left, Michael Carter #10 took another shot on goal and it went in at the buzzer. The refs refused to give him the hat trick video shows he earned and we walked away with a 3-0 shutout over the SCA Flames.
