Northwest Christian Crusaders (Phoenix, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bourgade Catholic Golden Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0 in a league test.

The Crusaders (22-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Payson (Payson, AZ). The Longhorns come into the 3A - Metro challenge with a 26-7 record. In their last challenge, Payson lost by Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Golden Eagles play the ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) in a 3A - Metro challenge, on Thursday, October 23. Bourgade Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record.
