The Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Illini Central Cougars to 0 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 15-11 record. They play next when they host Jacksonville for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 23. Mt. Pulaski will play a Crimsons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Rochester (Rochester, IL). The Crimsons record now stands at 15-18.

With the loss, Illini Central drops to 4-25 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Edinburg (Edinburg, IL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, October 22. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 17-12. Edinburg won 2-0 in their recent league game against Tri-City (Buffalo, IL)
