Louisiana High School Volleyball - St. James overwhelmed by St. Charles Catholic
October 22, 2024: St. James, LA 70090 St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, St. Charles Catholic improves its record to 8-16 on the season. The Comets travel to Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA) to face the Tigers in a Division IV District 9 test on Thursday, October 24. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-7. Donaldsonville lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA)
The Wildcats now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West St. John for a non-league test on Monday, October 28. St. James will face a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA). The Rams record now stands at 4-22.
