Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA) and the host Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA), saw Isle of Wight Academy's volleyball squad nudge Kenston Forest by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Isle of Wight Academy improves its record to 10-12 on the season.

The Kavaliers now own a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amelia Academy for a Virginia Colonial battle on Thursday, October 23.
