Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA), observed Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association's volleyball team top Isle of Wight Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Patriots (14-0) will now prepare for their contest against Steward (Richmond, VA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Steward was knocked off by Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Chargers now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norfolk Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. Isle of Wight Academy will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.
