Missouri High School Soccer - Platte County knocks off Chrisman
October 23, 2023: Independence, MO 64050 Platte County Pirates (Platte City, MO) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates confront the Raytown Bluejays (Raytown, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 25. Platte County will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Bluejays enter the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO).
The Bears now have a 12-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warrensburg for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 28. Chrisman will confront a Tigers team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Oak Grove (Oak Grove, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 14-4.
