South Dakota High School Volleyball - Lower Brule over Tiospaye Topa
October 23, 2023: Ridgeview, SD 57652 Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Tiospaye Topa Thunderhawks (Ridgeview, SD), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Sioux clash with the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders (Miller, SD) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 24. Lower Brule will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Crusaders come into the match with a 1-22 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD).
With the loss, Tiospaye Topa drops to 7-13 on the campaign. The Thunderhawks host Wakpala (Wakpala, SD) to clash with the Sioux in a B Region 8 match on Tuesday, October 24. The Sioux come into the match with a record of 11-10. Wakpala lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD)
