October 23, 2025: West Columbia, SC 29169 The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles football squad scored 52 points and limited the visiting Aiken Fighting Green Hornets to 14 in the War Eagles league win on Thursday.
In their next game, the War Eagles face the Gilbert Indians (Gilbert, SC) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 30. Gray Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 20-14 non-league win over Airport (West Columbia, SC).
With the defeat, Aiken drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Fighting green hornets host South Aiken (Aiken, SC) to meet the Thoroughbreds in a non-league test on Thursday, October 30.
