Arkansas High School Basketball - Concord holds off South Side
October 24, 2023: Concord, AR 72523 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Concord Pirates (Concord, AR) and the visiting South Side Hornet (Bee Branch, AR), saw Concord's basketball squad hold off South Side by a tally of 64-59.
With the victory, Concord improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Bradford (Bradford, AR) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Bradford won 67-54 in their recent non-league challenge against White County Central (Judsonia, AR)
Next up, the Hornet confront the Timbo Tigers (Timbo, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 30. South Side will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 63-38 non-league loss to White County Central (Judsonia, AR).
