The Harvester Christian Academy (Douglasville, GA) varsity football team won Friday's home conference game against Central Christian (Sharpsburg, GA) by a score of 28-26.
The Harvester Christian Academy Hawks football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Central Christian Crusaders to 26 in the Hawks league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Community Christian for a GAPPS AA Region 2 (9 Man) challenge on Friday, October 31. Harvester Christian Academy will face a Knights team coming off a 28-21 non-league win over Young Americans Christian (Conyers, GA). The Knights record now stands at 7-2.
The Crusaders (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against New Creation Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The Crusaders enter the GAPPS AA Region 2 (9 Man) challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, New Creation Christian Academy was edged by Young Americans Christian (Conyers, GA), 38-14, in a league test.
