The Unity Christian Lions football squad scored 60 points and limited the visiting Harvester Christian Academy Hawks to 22 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson Ferry Christian Academy for a GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) game on Friday, October 24.

The Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Central Christian (Sharpsburg, GA). The Crusaders enter the GAPPS AA Region 2 (9 Man) game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Central Christian overwhelmed Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA), 21-14, in a non-league game.
