In Friday's league match, the visiting Unity Christian Lions football squad scored a decisive 48-0 win over the Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints.

With the win, Unity Christian advances its record to 9-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA) to play the Paladins in a GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) battle on Friday, October 31. The Paladins go into the battle with a record of 6-0. Pinecrest Academy won 34-20 in their recent league battle against St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA)

The Saints now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis for a GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) match on Friday, October 31.
