The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen (Ramsey, NJ) and the visiting Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ), witnessed Don Bosco Prep's football squad knock off Paramus Catholic by a tally of 28-0.

The Ironmen (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ). The Marauders enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, St. Peter's Prep gained a win over Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 30-9, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Paladins confront the Delbarton Green Wave (Morristown, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 1. Paramus Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Green Wave enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 28-6 league win over DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ).
