New Jersey High School Football - Bergen Catholic can't hold off Don Bosco Prep

The Don Bosco Prep Ironmen got by the visiting Bergen Catholic Crusaders football squad by a count of 14-9 in Friday's league test.

The Ironmen now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to DePaul Catholic for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Don Bosco Prep will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 26-14 non-league win over Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Bergen Catholic moves to 4-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ) to face the Paladins in a Super - United Red challenge on Friday, October 10. The Paladins go into the challenge with a record of 1-4.
