The Faith Christian Patriots football squad scored 74 points and limited the visiting Life Christian Academy Eagles to 44 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Halifax Academy for a NCISAA 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) challenge on Friday, October 31. Faith Christian will face a Vikings team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-7.
The Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Hargrave Military Academy topped Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA), 56-15, in a non-league outing.
