The Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos football team (Missouri City, TX), was topped 21-0 in Friday's league bout with the host Iowa Colony Pioneers (Iowa Colony, TX)

With the win, Iowa Colony advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Pioneers host Terry (Rosenberg, TX) to confront the Rangers in a 5A-2 Region III District 9 match on Friday, October 31. The Rangers enter the match with a record of 3-5. Terry lost 70-0 in their recent league match against Randle (Richmond, TX)

Coming up next, the Buffalos confront the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a 5A-2 Region III District 9 match, on Saturday, November 1. Fort Bend Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Stingarees enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 41-20 league win over Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX).
